John Williams John has been in the consulting business for twenty years. He has managed startup companies and started major divisions of large international corporations. He has spent thirty-four years in the aviation industry, several as a Part 135 pilot. He recently retired as a Senior Aviator from the United States military, where he served as a helicopter pilot in the Air Force and the U.S. Army. John has an Executive MBA from the University of Utah with an emphasis in Finance and International Business, and a degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in Business Administration with additional studies in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics and Physics.  Contact John - John.Williams@AviationBusinessConsultants.com

 

 

Paula Williams Paula spent several years as a consultant and manager. She has worked as a staff writer, ad designer, marketing manager, process engineer, and trainer. She is currently working on her Private Pilot rating. Her education includes a Masters in Adult Education and BA in Mass Communication. She enjoys facilitation, teaching, and writing, and is happiest learning new things and reducing complicated ideas to simple text and diagrams that make people say "Yes, that's just what I wanted to say!" or "Yes, this is just the answer I've been looking for! Who does the consulting?

We usually work together, as we find that our styles synergize well to give the client better value than if he'd hired either of us separately.

In creating a business plan, Paula generally facilitates sessions and John acts as a participant.

John has more experience with mergers and acquisitions, business startups and investor presentations. Paula has more experience with team formations, conflict resolutions, and training presentations.

 

Who does the writing?

Whichever of us has the most experience with the subject matter or the type of project.

John specializes in aviation, business plans, highly technical projects, computer software, and hardware.

Paula specializes in marketing pieces, educational materials, and other pieces.

We work together on research, brainstorming, organizing and editing.

We are happy to be living in a time when technology, our expertise and our connections allow us to accept work that we enjoy on terms we like. We don't take the privilege lightly and do everything we can to keep our clients delighted and coming back for more.
