Does Your Consultant or Copywriter Know Aviation?
Do they get excited when they smell avgas or jet fuel? Do they think that "attitude" means something other than a frame of mind? Have they ever been a Pilot in Charge of an aircraft? It makes a difference in how they think about life and about business, and it comes across in the way they write. We understand your enthusiasm for flying, for aircraft, for all of the paraphenalia of pilots and flying, and for the aviation industry.
Advantages of Consultants and Copywriters who Fly
- We speak the language, and can translate for non-native speakers.
- We share your enthusiam for the aviation industry.
- We understand aviation products and services from a pilot's point of view, as well as a businessperson's point of view.
- You'll spend less time explaining your projects and fixing our errors, because we "get it."
What are your Backgrounds in Aviation?
John grew up around airplanes, at a time when pilot owners would let him "take a plane around the pattern a couple of times" in exchange for washing the plane or fixing a problem with the radio.(Another one of his hobbies!) He has flown fixed-wing and helicopters, including Bells and Hueys, for the U.S. Air Force and Army Reserve. He's flown rescue missions and training exercises. During his last tour of duty at Fort Hood, he got to spend many hours in the Apache Simulator.
He flies fixed wing for recreation and to keep his skills current.
Even though she's seen here sitting in the BACK of an MD 600N, Paula is very close to soloing in a fixed wing and is working on her ground training. She's caught the "addiction" as well, and is looking forward to learning to fly helicopters.
