Introducing the Aviation Sales & Marketing Coaching Program
We focus on factors that really make a difference to your sales:
- Target the right prospects within the aviation industry
- Establish trusted relationships
- Work with the unique challenges, vocabulary and culture of aviation professionals
- Use a systematic, disciplined and measurable approach to marketing
- Use a low-pressure, ethical but effective approach to sales
- “Live” events for participants to interact with sales and marketing experts and thought leaders in the aviation industry, as well as other members of the program, who include the brightest and most innovative marketing minds in the aviation community.
The Coaching Program is the next evolution of our very successful Marketing Master Class. The program draws from our experience in our Marketing Consulting Practice, and includes the following:
A live webinar held on the second Wednesday of each month. (Put “Webinar Wednesdays” on your calendar now for 2012!) This is your chance to attend live training events using video and chat, interact with your guest speakers and other program members, and get your questions answered real-time! We use AdobeConnect technology – you don’t need any special software on your computer.
A complete workbook on that month’s topic. The workbook will be sent electronically prior to the webinar, so that you can get your questions ready and have a handy reference to all of the materials referenced in the Webinar.
After the Webinar, the workbook will be archived and you’ll get your copy that includes a transcript of the entire program, including questions and answers!
A recorded video of the webinar will be included in your package. This will be available from the Members Only area of our website, as well as sent to you on CD.
The video will become an important part of your marketing reference library.
Recorded audio of the complete webinar will be available to coaching program members in the Members Only section of the website as well as sent to you on CD. Listen in your car or whenever you like to truly absorb and apply the ideas discussed.
Here are some of the exciting guest speakers we have planned for next year:

Ryan Keough, Associate Director of Sales & Marketing, Cutter Aviation
Over 23 years of passion for aviation has matured in me a unique brand of enthusiasm for supporting the aviation industry and its numerous communities through creative and progressive solutions within integrated marketing communications programs for business, non-profit, and historical aviation organizations.
I believe the best solutions to meeting the new challenges of the aviation industry is innovation through collaboration. By developing partnerships and gaining insight through trusted advocates in our industry via the progressive communication channels offered through social media and new technology, our industry can stabilize and grow. Because aviation is a passion-powered industry comprised of fierce advocates at all levels within the workforce and customer base, the collaborative process must engage each and every stakeholder. Marketing and communications is not just about “speaking” the brand message and pushing it through the enterprise… but also an equal or greater amount of “listening” and conversation to determine the best direction of action. Every voice is valuable – every opinion is an opportunity.
Of course, we’re keeping the best parts:
- Personal input on your projects – with the “Show Your Work Challenge”
- The “Action List” – put what you’ve learned into practice in your business immediately!
- PDUS or CDUs available for licensed professionals that have continuing education requirements.
